From 5 years and up, beginner to advanced, we have a class for everyone. Our tumbling classes provide a fun and safe environment to learn new skills while promoting fitness, self- esteem and self- confidence. Let our highly qualified coaches guide you through your skill achievements. We specialize in building tumbling skills from the basics to the most advanced.  We’ll be your partner in discovering your capabilities.

Tumbling Class Options Offered at Mission Cheer Academy

Intro To Beginner

In these classes, children will learn basic tumbling skills such as handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges and more!  They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Advanced Beginner

In these classes, children will learn basic tumbling skills such as handstands, forward rolls, cartwheels, bridges and more!  They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Intro To Level 1

In these classes students will continue to strengthen their basics along with adding in walkovers, “tricks” in their walkovers and introduction to new skills to lead them into Level 2. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Advanced Level 1

In these classes students will continue to strengthen their basics along with adding in walkovers, “tricks” in their walkovers and introduction to new skills to lead them into Level 2. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Elite Level 1

In these classes students will continue to strengthen their basics along with adding in walkovers, “tricks” in their walkovers and introduction to new skills to lead them into Level 2. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Intro To Level 2

In these classes students will continue to improve on level 1 skills while adding in handsprings, running tumbling and connected tumbling skills. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Advanced Level 2

In these classes students will continue to improve on level 1 skills while adding in handsprings, running tumbling and connected tumbling skills. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Elite Level 2

In these classes students will continue to improve on level 1 skills while adding in handsprings, running tumbling and connected tumbling skills. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Intro To Level 3

In these classes students will start tuck shaping moving through round off back handspring tuck, standing multiple back handsprings and onto specialty passes such as front walkover round off back handspring back tuck, etc. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Advanced Level 3

In these classes students will start tuck shaping moving through round off back handspring tuck, standing multiple back handsprings and onto specialty passes such as front walkover round off back handspring back tuck, etc. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Elite Level 3

In these classes students will start tuck shaping moving through round off back handspring tuck, standing multiple back handsprings and onto specialty passes such as front walkover round off back handspring back tuck, etc. They will also train on the tumble track, air track, athlete conditioning, flexibility, and gym safety.

Elite Level 4

In this class, we will focus on layout shaping, standing tucks, back handspring tucks/layouts through round off back handspring layout and specialty passes such as front walkover through to layout.

Admirals Club (By invitation ONLY)

This class will focus on introduction to twisting, arabians and whips.
